Merchandise is shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment. We are unable to offer local pickup at our facility, but for a small extra fee, we will be happy to leave your goods in the woods and send you the coordinates!

You may return new, unopened, unused items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just contact us and we'll guide you through the return process.
